1960 Doubled Die Reverse WDDR-028

Description

Class II, Distorted Hub DoublingA very nice Class II spread toward the center shows on UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and FIVE CENTS, decreasing from left to right.  Doubling also shows on M of MONTICELLO and the left side of the building.  A very close spread shows on E PLURIBUS UNUM, decreasing slightly from left to right. Die Markers: Obverse: None noted. Reverse: Large die gouge (dot) almost centered inside left long window; light, almost diagonal die scratch to left of right arch; small die dot below and between E and P of E PLURIBUS UNUM.
