Description
The 1959-D Doubled Die Reverse WDDR-005 is a doubled die reverse (DDR) variety, where die hubbing misalignment produced visible doubling on the reverse design. Die markers: Obverse: A small die gouge can be found to the right of the Y in LIBERTY. Reverse: A light die scratch runs ENE from the top right of the T in CENT. A nearly vertical die scratch can be found to the left of the center of the first Memorial column.
