Description

A close spread towards the center shows on the designer’s initials and the lower letters in ONE CENT. Die Markers: Obverse: Two parallel die scratches run NE from the forehead. Three short parallel die scratches run SW from the lower back of the head. Numerous other die scratches can be found throughout the obverse. Reverse: Several die scratches run E/W above the statue of Lincoln. Nearly horizontal die scratches run through the lower UN in UNUM. Obverse:
