A close spread towards the center shows on the designer’s initials and the lower letters in ONE CENT. Die Markers: Obverse: A short die scratch runs north from the top of the front of the beard. Reverse: A die gouge can be found to the left of the I in UNITED. A die gouge can be found south of the right end of the Memorial. Obverse:
