Class II, Distorted Hub DoublingA spread toward the center shows on E PLURIBUS UNUM, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, FIVE CENTS and ELLO of MONTICELLO. All spreads increase from left to right. Die Markers: Obverse: Die gouge (dot) in center of D of GOD; diagonal die scratch east of eye at edge of hairline. Reverse: Strong die gouge to right of M of UNUM near rim; die scratch on lower part of fourth column of building.
