An extra eyelid can be found below the normal eyelid. Die Markers: Obverse: Heavy die scratches run SW/NE between GOD and the top of the head. Numerous die scratches mostly SW/NE can be found throughout the obverse. A die chip can be found in the lower B of LIBERTY.
