An extra eyelid shows to the south. Die Markers: Obverse: Hub marker die gouge inside the 9 present. Vertical die scratch/gouge behind the top of the hair under OD in GOD. Reverse: Light vertical die scratch right of N in CENT running to the bottom left of E in ONE. Short die scratch running NNW/SSE to the right of the lower A in STATES. Obverse:
