Moderate extra thickness shows on USA, EPU, QUARTER DOLLAR, and the lower leaves and stems.Die Markers: Obverse: Heavy E/W die crack across the top of the head. Die crack across the base of the bust. NE/SW die cracks on the nose and eyebrow. Old N/S die scratch above the bow. Short die scratch extends NW from the forehead. Die gouge right of the T in LIBERTY. Reverse: Long die crack across the eagle's right wing. Die crack across the top of the eagle's left wing extending to the S in PLURIBUS. Old E/W die scratch left of the last S in STATES. Die gouge left of the E in EPU.
