Description

A strong doubled eyelid shows to the south of the normal eyelid. Die Markers: Obverse: The obverse is also a minor RPM listed in the Wexler RPM files as 1951-D 1¢ WRPM-106. A concentric die scratch shows at the rim right of date from 4 to 5 o’clock. Horizontal die scratches show between the letters N in IN and the G in GOD. A concentric die scratch shows at the rim above WE. A light, horizontal die scratch connects the lower letters in WE. A series of light, horizontal die scratches show in the rear shoulder fold of Lincoln’s jacket. Reverse: A light die scratch runs between the letters R and I in PLURIBUS. A very light die scratch runs south from rim near the tip of the right wheat stalk. Very light horizontal die scratches show inside the lower opening and left of the left vertical crossbar of the N in ONE. A diagonal die scratch runs southeast from the lower central horizontal crossbar of the E in ONE. A light die scratch runs SSE inside the opening of the C of cent.
