Description

An extra eyelid can be found just under the normal eyelid. Die Markers: Obverse: A strong die scratch runs parallel to the rim above the second T in TRUST. Vertical die scratches can be found to the right of the chin. Reverse: A die scratch runs north from the center of the first S in STATES to the N in CENT. A die gouge protrudes from the lower right side of the D in UNITED. Obverse:
