Class II, Distorted Hub DoublingClose Class II doubling shows on E PLURIBUS UNUM. Die Markers: Obverse: Die dot to left of lower portion of Jefferson's forehead; die scratch through top of Y of LIBERTY. Reverse: Heavy slanted die scratches inside small left window; two strong die scratches above EN of CENTS.
