Description

An extra eyelid can be found right below the normal eyelid. Die Markers: Obverse: A die gouge can be found below the Y in LIBERTY. Reverse: A die scratch arcs from the rim passing between the R and I in PLURIBUS and extending to the top left of the N in ONE. A die scratch runs NNW/SSE inside the upper N in CENT.
