Description

An extra eyelid can be found below the normal eyelid. Die Markers: Obverse: The obverse is also an RPM which is listed in the Wexler RPM Files as 1948-D 1¢ WRPM-040. Die gouge present centered below W in WE. Die clash present at the throat under the chin. Reverse: Worn die clashes are present on the lower right C and upper right N in CENT. Small die gouge (dot) left of N in CENT approximately two-thirds from the top. Obverse:
