A Class II spread towards the center shows on the date. Die Markers: Obverse: The obverse is an RPM that is a D/D Tilted (Rotated). It is listed in the RPM Files as WRPM-089. Reverse: A strong die gouge runs west from the top of the P in PLURIBUS. A die gouge runs from west to east through the center of the L in PLURIBUS. Obverse:
