Fifth cataloged doubled die obverse for the 1945 Denver Mint Lincoln Wheat Cent, DDO-005 exhibits an extra eyelid on Lincoln's portrait with the doubling spread directed southward. VarietyVista assigns Universal Variety Code UVC-1695 and Die Marker Reference DMR-022, and documentation notes three die stages: Early Die State, Mid-Die State, and Late Die State, tracking the die's service life from sharp initial impressions through progressive wear.
