Description
A strong extra eyelid can be found SSE of the normal eyelid. Die Markers: Obverse: A die scratch runs SW from the lower left N of IN. A die gouge curves from north to south from the top back of the forehead into the hair. Reverse: A die scratch runs NE from the bottom right E of EPU to the dot. A die scratch runs ENE from the bottom right E to the lower left N of CENT. A die scratch runs SW from the lower left 2nd S of STATES. A short, vertical die gouge can be found above the left side of the N in UNITED. A die gouge (dot) can be found to the right of the upper T in UNITED. Obverse:
