Description

An extra eyelid shows south of the primary eyelid. Die Markers: Obverse: Two very close parallel die scratches north from upper left T in LIBERTY. Strong north to south die scratch in field over R in LIBERTY. Die scratch curving from lower left 9. Reverse: None noted.
