Description
The 1943-S Doubled Die Obverse DDO-001 is a doubled die obverse (DDO) variety, where a misalignment during the die hubbing process created visible doubling on the obverse design elements. This variety was discovered on the 1943 (S) Lincoln Wheat Cent, part of the Lincoln Wheat Cents 1909-1958 series.
