Description

Strong Class VI extra thickness shows on the date, the letters of LIBERTY, and IGWT. Die Markers: Obverse: The obverse has the small mint mark variety that is punched well south and slightly tilted (rotated). A light die scratch runs ESE from the top right of the O in GOD. A short die scratch runs NW from the left side of the 1. Reverse: A heavy die scratch runs from SW to NE through the upper wheat lines of the left wheat stalk protruding at the top right of those lines. Heavy die gouges protrude from the left side of the right vertical bar of the N in ONE. A short but strong die scratch runs SW from the rim at about 4:00. Numerous other die scratches can be found throughout the reverse. Obverse:
