Description

Extra thickness can be seen on LIBERTY and IGWT. Separation lines from a spread towards the center can be seen on IGWT. Die Markers: Obverse: The obverse is also an RPM variety that is listed in the Wexler RPM Files as 1940-S 1¢ WRPM-001 which is an S/S Northeast. A die gouge can be found to the right of the bowtie. Reverse: A die crack runs through the lower right wheat grains in the right wheat stalk. Obverse:
