Class II, Distorted Hub DoublingClose Class II doubling shows on E PLURIBUS UNUM and slightly on AMERICA. Die Markers: Obverse: None noted. Reverse: Die gouge protrudes from the right side of both the A and T of STATES; die gouge and scratches through B of PLURIBUS.
