Class II, Distorted Hub DoublingClose Class II doubling shows on E PLURIBUS UNUM, increasing from left to right. Very close doubling shows on STATES and CENTS. Die Markers: Obverse: Listed as 1938 5c WDDO-007. Reverse: Small die gouge (dot) above and to the right of the small right window near the roof line.
