Description
A very close clockwise spread from a pivot point at about 3:00 shows as doubling below the LI in LIBERTY. Die Markers: Obverse: A few east to west die scratches show inside the lower ear. East to west die scratches are present in the hair behind the left upper area of the ear. Reverse: A faded die scratch runs northeast from the lower inside of the E in ONE. Obverse:
