An extra eyelid shows below the normal eyelid. Die Markers: Obverse: Strong lathe marks run parallel to the rim throughout the obverse. Reverse: A die scratch runs below and nearly parallel to the right wheat stem. Die scratches run SE from the lower CA in AMERICA. Obverse:
