An extra eyelid can be seen just below the normal eyelid. Die Markers: Obverse: An E/W die scratch runs through the upper letters of IN. Reverse: A small die gouge (dot) can be found to the right of the bottom of the T in UNITED. A die scratch curves SW/NE between the lower E and D of UNITED. Obverse:
