Description

=1925-S VAM-1C2 Die Break Neck= 1J Discovery 2013. Became 1C2 2017 1C2 II1 - B2a (Die Break Neck) I-2 R-6 Obverse II1 - Horizontal die crack across lower front of neck over to above 1 with displaced field break at neck. (Formerly VAM-1J.) Comments: 1. I have seen two of these, at the same time, with a thick crack above PEACE, crack through the mint mark and O in ONE, and a vertical, soft gouge in the field below the U in UNITED. I don't know if this is on all specimens or not. -- JB
