=1923-S VAM-1AE Double Clash Spikes Eagle’s Shoulder= Discovered by David Close. - revised 2014 David Close 1AE II 1 · B2a (Double Clash Spikes Eagle’s Shoulder) I-2 R-5 Obverse II 1– Tiny die chip at right of tip of next to last right ray on some specimens. (Note: with earlier different die that will be added to 2015 supplement.) Reverse B2a– Die clash double spikes of medium spacing up from eagle’s right shoulder from back of Liberty head on obverse.
