Description
1887-O VAM-13 Near Date, O Shifted Right Discovered by Francis Davis, October 1977. 13 III2 13 - C3b (Near Date, O Shifted Right) (181) Obverse III2 13 - Date set further left than normal. Right inside and very bottom of ear are slightly doubled (not listed in the official description). Reverse C3b - Medium mint mark shifted slightly right. DPIS - Emission Sequence Obverse: Reverse: Comments: Rim cuds form under first two left stars, bust point, and 18 on very Late Die State specimens. 1887-O VAM-13 LDS in the SSDC Registry is the state with the denticle cud to the left of the 1 in the date (now known as 1887-O VAM-13A).
