Description
=1880-P VAM-10 8/7 Bit= Discovered by Herb Zepke, February 1969. Revised March 2006 By Lawrence Galbraith. 10(revised) III29 · C3a (8/7 Bit) (180) Obverse III29 – Second 8 has two short horizontal spikes on right inside of upper loop and raised metal at top right inside of lower loop. Some specimens have only one spike in upper loop. Possible 8/7 but evidence not conclusive. 0 doubled at top left inside. Reverse C3a – Two fine diagonal die scratches in lower part of eagle’s right wing.
