Description
A copper rendering of the post-selection design variant from J-1313, this trade dollar pattern documents the continued refinement of the adopted concept in warm base metal. Even after the basic design was approved, William Barber continued to produce variants that tested minor modifications to proportions, detail work, and legend placement.
