Description

Judd-370, Pollock-441, is the eighth 1864 proof two-cent pattern. This variety is in the late stage of the design development sequence and closely approaches the adopted production design. The differences between J-370 and the final production version would be discernible only to specialists with access to both pieces for direct comparison. Struck in bronze with proof finish, representing the composition that was adopted for regular production.
