Description

ADC-1c-1960D(SD)-50 is an atypical die clash on a 1960-D Small Date Lincoln Memorial cent, cataloged by Mad Die Clashes, with two clash events. In the first, the Memorial roof line left a mark under the 1 of the date, with the matching mark on the reverse die. The second is a mark through STATES from the bottom line of Lincoln's bust, but its reciprocal mark on the obverse is missing. A large die scratch slants upward from Lincoln's chin toward the rim.
