Description

ADC-1c-1960D(SD)-43 This 1960D small date Lincoln cent shows two separate clash events. The picture to the left shows the clash mark left by the Memorial building roof as it passes through the 1 digit of the date. Another event took place that left the base line of Lincoln’s bust clashed through the word STATES. This clashed die event can be recognized by the die chip in the lower part of the R in LIBERTY and the heavy die scratching seen under the word AMERICA.
