Description

ADC-1c-1960D(SD)-33 This 1960D small date Lincoln cent shows a radical titled die clash through the letters TES of STATES. The obverse die does not show clash marks which indicate that the die was changed out or the die was abraded to remove those marks. This die clash event can be recognized by the position of the mint mark in relation to the date on the obverse die. The reverse die shows a die chip in the upper loop of the S in PLURIBUS and a die break on the left arm of the T in CENT.
