2024 (P) Zitkala-Ša Quarter - Doubled Die Reverse WDDR-010

Description

2024-P ZS WDDR-010 is a doubled die reverse on the 2024-P Zitkala-Ša quarter (American Women series), cataloged by the Wexler team. Strong doubling to the east shows on the left glass tube beads and the left braid. Obverse markers: on the hair curl over the ear, extremely slight doubling to the SE; a curving NW/SE crack on the eyebrow; a thin crack across the nose's edge; a gouge right of the P mintmark; a gouge near the rim, halfway from TRUST to the ponytail's bottom; a gouge under the S of TRUST; several gouges between IN and the rim; a gouge left of the R of LIBERTY, near its top; and a gouge right of the Y of LIBERTY. Reverse markers: a gouge over the first T of ACTIVIST; a gouge under the last O of COMPOSER; a gouge between the U of UNITED and the 2 of 25; gouges over and under the IT of ZITKALA; a large gouge over the first U of PLURIBUS; a gouge between the R and I of AMERICA; and a gouge right of the F of OF.
