The 2023 (S) Jovita Idar Quarter is part of the American Women Quarters (2022 - 2025) series. Total mintage reached 503,920. The obverse features George Washington facing right in a new dynamic portrait by Laura Gardin Fraser (her original 1931 design, finally adopted 90 years later), while the reverse displays unique designs honoring prominent American women who shaped the nation's history.
