Large die gouge NE of the 3 in the date. Die gouge below the first 2 in the date. Die gouge right of the L in LIBERTY. Die gouge right of the E in LIBERTY. Reverse: Large die gouge between the E and P in EPU. Two die gouge right of the pinky finger. Die gouge below the B in PLURIBUS.Submitted By: George W.
