2022 Doubled Die Reverse WDDR-003

Description

Moderate extra thickness shows on JFM and LB. Die Markers: Obverse: A die gouge is present over 02 in the date. A die gouge is present over RT in LIBERTY. A die crack runs south and then east over the eyebrow. Reverse: A die crack is present above EPL with a small die chip between PL. Submitted By: Jon Rhodes Cross References: None known Comments: This may (or may not) be a replacement die. Several photos labeled with the 2022 year were present in the Wexler files, however no further information was present. All 2022 1¢ WDDR listings are being redone as new.
