(indicating final catalog numbers had not yet been assigned), this 2019 Roosevelt Dime DDR-004 displays strong spread on the upper right central olive leaf within the lower right leaf cluster in the flutes of the torch. The olive branch and torch are the primary reverse design elements on the Roosevelt Dime, and the strong spread on an individual leaf within a specific cluster demonstrates how hub displacement can manifest with varying intensity across adjacent design elements — leaves at different angles relative to the displacement vector show different degrees of visible doubling. Three documented die stages track this die pair's deterioration: Stage A at early die state (EDS) remains unconfirmed; Stage B at mid-die-state (MDS) shows a die chip developing under the lower bands and die chips forming at the mouth, on the nose, and in the hair on the obverse; Stage C at late die state (LDS) is unconfirmed.
