Description
2017-P MO WDDR-011 is a doubled die reverse on the 2017-P Ozark National Scenic Riverways quarter (Missouri) in the America the Beautiful series, cataloged by the Wexler team. The doubling takes the form of extra stones along the cellar window's top. Obverse markers: a crack across the bust's base with chipping north of QUARTER's ER; a gouge left of TRUST's U; and a small gouge right of the left leg of AMERICA's first A. On the reverse, thin N/S scratches run between the background trees and the branches under RIVERWAYS' RW, and a small field gouge lies far under OZARK's K. George W. Powell, Jr. submitted the variety. Wexler lists no cross-references.
