Description
2015 WDDR-007 is a doubled die reverse on the 2015 Lincoln Shield cent, cataloged by the Wexler team. The designer's initials LB show light extra thickness. On the obverse, a small gouge lies between the I and B of LIBERTY, and a crack leaves the eyebrow and runs NNW through the forehead. On the reverse, a crack crosses the shield's top left with large chips above the P, the U and the R of PLURIBUS, and a short crack runs WSW from the E in CENT, starting at its bottom. James Fines submitted the variety. Wexler lists no cross-references.
