Description
2013-D SD WDDR-001 is a doubled die reverse on the 2013-D Mount Rushmore National Memorial quarter (South Dakota) in the America the Beautiful series, cataloged by the Wexler team. The doubling is on the lower nose of Thomas Jefferson. On the obverse there is a gouge just right of the top of IN's I, two gouges between DOLLAR's L and A, a gouge to the right of the top of QUARTER's A, one over the left side of LIBERTY's R, and one over the right side of UNITED's D. Wexler notes no significant reverse markers. Jessy Gozum submitted the variety. Wexler lists no cross-references.
