Class VIII, Tilted Hub DoublingClass VIII doubling shows below the upper portion of the door frame on the center door above the steps. Die Markers: Obverse: None noted. Reverse: Die gouge in field to right of upper portion of building's roof; short die scratch in field just above top of dome.
