Description
2007-P WDDR-001 is a doubled die reverse on the 2007-P Roosevelt dime, cataloged by the Wexler team. The doubling is on the center olive leaf above the RIB of PLURIBUS, along its right side. On the obverse, a short, strong die scratch cuts through the L in LIBERTY from west to east, and die chips sit on the upper chin and the back of the lips. On the reverse, a chip lies on the upper L in PLURIBUS; another marks the tip of the olive leaf below (south of) the T in UNITED; and more chips sit on the oak branch, in the stretch between UNUM's U and N. Allen Darrow submitted the variety. Wexler lists no cross-references.
