2007 (P) Roosevelt Dime - Atypical Die Clash ADC-10C-2007-01

Description

ADC-10c-2007-01 is an atypical die clash on a 2007-P Roosevelt dime, cataloged by Mad Die Clashes. The dies clashed at least three times and possibly more. No single event was strong, but their number puts the coin in the ADC category. On the obverse, olive leaves left marks under Roosevelt's chin and nose, some of the top oak leaves show below the bust, and ONE's E appears right of LIBERTY's Y. On the reverse, at least three impressions of his chin sit to the left of an olive leaf, and the base of the bust left two stronger marks just above the oak leaves, with light marks between the east and west clash positions visible under higher magnification. The top of his head is clashed through NE of ONE and across to the D of DIME.
