2007 (P) Lincoln Memorial Cent - Doubled Die Reverse WDDR-002

Description

2007 WDDR-002 is a doubled die reverse on the 2007 Lincoln Memorial cent, cataloged by the Wexler team. The doubling is on the center-left side of the seventh column, right of the middle of the statue. On the obverse: a short WSW-to-ENE gouge across the middle of the back of the ear; a SSW-to-NNE crack through the hair at the upper back of the head; and a crack heading NNW from the eyebrow through the forehead. On the reverse: a die clash projecting from the lower right of the fourth column; a large chip in the lower part of the C in AMERICA; a crack over the top of the E in ONE; and a crack running down the C in CENT along its left side.
