First reported on June 5, 2018, SKH-25c-2006P-01(NE) documents the sole known spiked head on the 2006 Philadelphia Mint Nebraska State Quarter — the twenty-ninth reverse design in the 50 State Quarters program. Nebraska's reverse depicts Chimney Rock, the iconic natural landmark on the Oregon Trail, with a covered wagon and the sun rising behind the rock formation.
