Listed by VarietyVista as DDR-028 with cross-reference UVC-3273 and DMR-030, this 2001 Philadelphia Mint Lincoln Memorial Cent displays a medium spread to the west creating an extra column at position seven, visible from knee to shin height, along with an extra knee appearing between the existing knees of the Lincoln statue. The doubled die reverse manifests in the tiny architectural and figural details of the Memorial design, where even slight hub displacement produces visible ghost images of columns and statue anatomy. Die stage documentation records Stage A as early die state on both obverse and reverse, with Stage B at mid-die state and Stage C at late die state — both unconfirmed, indicating the variety has primarily been observed in its earliest condition.
