Description
Slight doubling shows on the right side of the 6th column to the left of the upper statue legs. Doubling shows on the right side of the statue’s right leg. Die Markers: Obverse: A die gouge can be found to the right of the bottom of the 2nd T in TRUST. Nearly parallel die scratches run from WNW to ESE below the ST in TRUST. A strong die gouge can be found in the field near the rim at about 3:00. Reverse: A small die gouge touches the bottom right side of the left vertical bar of the N in UNITED. A strong die scratch runs NNE from the upper right 4th column to the Memorial ceiling. Obverse:
