Description
An extra pair of knees can be found below and to the right of the statue’s knees. Die Markers: Obverse: Small die gouges can be found inside and above the 3rd zero in the date. A small die gouge can be found below and between the first two zeros in the date. A small die gouge touches the lower left tip of the S in TRUST. A small die gouge can be found just to the right of Lincoln’s eyebrow. Reverse: A small die gouge can be found between the upper N and I of UNITED. A small die gouge touches the center left side of the I in UNITED. A die crack runs from the tip of the left cornice NW to the T of UNITED. A short, diagonal die scratch can be found to the left of the center of the O in ONE. Obverse:
